Agentic AI systems

Systems that run when nobody is watching.

We build AI agents that hold their own state, act on plain instructions, and account for every step they take.

What we build

Agents with a memory and a paper trail.

Most AI tools forget everything the moment a conversation ends. Ours do not.

An agent of ours keeps a durable record of the work it is doing, picks it up days later without being reminded, and leaves behind a log an auditor can read. It handles correspondence, keeps long-running projects moving, prepares documents, and answers for what it did. It runs on a server, not in a browser tab.

How we build it

Three commitments, in order.

Each one only holds if the one before it does.

01

A thin shell, a capable core

Code handles mail, files, scheduling and the safety rails. Every judgement call belongs to the model. We do not hand-write the thinking, and we do not ask the model to be the plumbing.

02

State in files, not in sessions

Continuity comes from documents on disk, not from a conversation history that has to be kept alive. Restartable, portable, inspectable, cheap to back up. You can read its memory in a text editor.

03

Safety in code, not in prompts

Who may talk to the agent, who it may write to, what it may touch: checks in the program, not instructions in a prompt. An instruction can be talked around. A check cannot.

Founders

Three founders, one working system between them.

The company grew out of systems its founders were already running in production, not out of a deck.

Dominik Palla, PhD CEO & CTO

Builds the systems. Works on code generation, large language models and enterprise architecture.

Prof. Petra Marešová, PhD CFO

Economics of technology: what a system costs, what it returns, and how to tell before the money is spent.

Prof. Kamil Kuča, PhD CSO

Research direction and scientific standards, and the bridge to the questions worth publishing.

Tell us what should be running while you sleep.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. If you have a process that runs on correspondence, documents and deadlines, write to us.
